Back in 2023, Tsu Surf pleaded guilty to racketeering conspiracy, along with possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon. At the time, the charges carried the possibility of a lengthy sentence of up to 30 years. However, U.S. District Judge Susan D. Wigenton ultimately handed down a five-year sentence, accompanied by a $15,000 fine. Having served just over three years, Surf has now been released and has begun his parole period, which is expected to continue through July.
According to official records, his return home has already sparked a wave of reactions online, with fans expressing excitement and anticipation for what comes next. Social media platforms have been flooded with messages celebrating his release, with many calling for his immediate return to music and battle rap, while others predict a powerful “first day out” performance that could mark a major moment in his career.
